This condominium is owned by a dynamic and vibrant young couple, along with their two children, two helpers, and a beloved granny. As professionals with demanding schedules, they cherish moments of togetherness and often host large gatherings in their home. Their frequent travels not only provide them with new experiences but also serve as opportunities to collect cultural items, reflecting their love for exploration and appreciation of diverse cultures.

Through our design approach, we aimed to create a timeless sanctuary that reflects the client’s lifestyle and preferences. In the living area, we’ve crafted an island-style layout by positioning the furniture in the center to maximize space and facilitate easy movement. Storage units line one side of the wall, providing ample storage for the client’s travel collection and children’s items, while maintaining a clean and clutter-free environment. The dining table was strategically positioned to allow the inhabitants to enjoy the surrounding greenery while dining, enhancing the connection to nature. White cupboards were chosen to allow the client’s collection to stand out, adding visual interest to the space. To infuse warmth into the bright and airy environment, we incorporated natural wood beams, imparting a cozy ambiance and adding depth to the living and dining areas while seamlessly connecting both spaces. Sliding doors were proposed for private areas, offering privacy when needed without compromising on space efficiency. In line with the client’s desire for tranquility, we kept the color palette neutral, allowing the focus to remain on the surrounding greenery and the client’s collection. Outdoor furniture for the balcony was carefully selected to complement the beautiful surroundings, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Overall, our design aimed to create a harmonious and serene environment that serves as a sanctuary for the client and their family.
